Campervan Cooking - A Parsnip Broth


Ingredients

2 Parsnips
2 carrots
1 onion
salt and pepper to taste
Garlic




– Pour a little olive oil into a saucepan.
– Place over a low heat and add the garlic and other chopped ingredients, stir.
– Add the water.
– Bring to the boil, then simmer with the lid on for approximately 25 minutes.
– Take off the heat and blend together.
– Place over the heat and warm it up again, it's now ready to eat.

How To Make The Best Shepherds Pie You Will Ever Eat

Shepherds Pie

Mince meat either lamb or beef
Potatoes
Onions
Baked beans
mushrooms
Carrots
Other Veg if required Eg Carrots or peas
worcester sauce
Mayonnaise
Cheese











Add the mince to the pan and cook.
Add onions and mushrooms to the pan with the mince.
Add any other ingredients you require eg vegetables etc.
Add the worcester sauce and chopped herbs.
Once the mince and other ingredients cooked put to one side.

Peal and chop your potatoes add to the pan and boil until soft.
Drain potatoes and add 2 spoons of mayonnaise and mash until soft.
Add cheese and save a little for topping later. Mix together

Add the mince and other ingredients to the oven dish spread out and add topping of mash potatoe and cheese. 
Spread mash over top of meat.
Sprincle remaining cheese on top.
Bake in over for approx 30 min at 190oC
